IF YOU ARE BEGINNER & WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST FOLLOW THIS INSTRUCTIONS (TIPS) BELOW:
1. WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING & WALK FOR ATLEAST 20 MIN MINIMUM
2. DETOX JUICE : Ash guard juice empty stomach or coconut water 300 ml
do not eat anything after 2 hours
3. breakfast = have full plate of season food which is water rich like grapes, oranges, apple, etc
4. for lunch you can have half grain + half vegetable roti, chapati ( recipe i will share in next article )
5. evening snack you can have slice of coconuts or any season fruit
6. dinner you can have salad betroot+cucumber+carrot+palak soup or vegetable roti with sabji without oil called satvik
